Branding & Strategy We strengthened the CCS brand from the inside out by clarifying its core identity and modernizing its positioning to better reflect the competitive landscape. Through a focused competitive analysis, we identified empathetic and hands on guidance as CCS’s most meaningful differentiator and elevated it into a clear brand pillar. This work resulted in the creation of the CCS Advisory Advantage, giving CCS a stronger and more confident market position.
Websites & Digital Building on the refined brand, we redesigned the CCS website to deliver clearer messaging, a more intuitive user experience, and a stronger SEO foundation. A steady cadence of monthly content supported long term visibility, while a targeted LinkedIn strategy reinforced thought leadership and service awareness. Using a mixed media approach, we engaged HR decision makers and reconnected with former students now in the workforce to expand partnership opportunities.
Awareness Marketing To extend the impact of the refreshed brand and digital presence, we implemented an integrated awareness strategy that combined national public relations with in-person and virtual engagement. Trade events, industry group participation, proprietary local events, and webinars worked together to strengthen relationships and grow awareness with employers and partners nationwide.
