With a strong background in vendor relations, contract negotiations, and attendee engagement strategies, Deanna specializes in creating engaging environments that foster networking, education, and brand growth. From overseeing end-to-end event logistics to negotiating with vendors and managing large-scale budgets, she ensures that every aspect aligns with organizational objectives and exceeds stakeholder expectations. Whether leading a global trade show or an intimate executive summit, Deanna brings creativity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset to every event.

Paul Gilliam

Creative Director

Paul is an accomplished Art Director and Creative Director with over two decades of experience spanning the cosmetics, education, agriculture, produce, pharmaceutical and freelance design industries. He has led cross-functional creative teams—including in-house photographers, videographers and data specialists—developing visually compelling campaigns from concept to execution. His unique ability to bridge the gap between data driven and creative driven design, allows for visually impactful work that also hits the mark and achieves measurable results. With advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, typography, website design, and data-informed marketing strategy, Paul has driven high-impact product launches, earning placement with major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Sephora, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, QVC, and HSN.

As a hands-on leader, Paul excels in campaign development, data influenced design, email marketing strategy, and brand identity refinement. His ability to merge creative vision with strategic execution has made him a trusted Creative Director who consistently delivers exceptional results for our clients. Outside of work, Paul is an avid soccer enthusiast and passionate traveler, drawing creative inspiration from diverse cultures. He finds his greatest motivation in his family—his wife, son, and two daughters—who remain at the center of everything he does.
